1. Koşulların Kabulü

Shopify mağazamıza erişerek veya mağazamızdan dijital ürünler satın alarak, bu Hizmet Şartları'na ("Koşullar") bağlı kalmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu Koşullar, sizinle DigiAyes Zone LLC arasında yasal olarak bağlayıcı bir anlaşma teşkil eder. Bu Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, hizmetlerimizi kullanamazsınız.

2. Dijital Ürünler ve Lisans

Yapay zeka LLM modellerine yönelik e-kitaplar, şablonlar, rehberler ve yazılımlar dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere dijital ürünler satmaktayız. Başarılı bir satın alma işleminden sonra, dijital ürünü, ürün açıklamasında belirtildiği şekilde, kişisel veya dahili ticari kullanımınız için münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisansla kullanma hakkı veriyoruz. Bu lisans, ürünün fikri mülkiyetinin mülkiyetini size vermez. Açık yazılı iznimiz olmadan dijital ürünü yeniden satamaz, dağıtamaz veya türev eserler oluşturamazsınız.

3. Dijital Ürünler İçin Para İadesi Yok Politikası

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Shopify store and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DigiAyes Zone LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Digital Products and License

We sell digital products aimed at AI LLM models, which may include, but are not limited to, e-books, templates, guides, and software. Upon successful purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your personal or internal business use, as specified in the product description. This license does not grant you ownership of the product's intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the digital product without our explicit written permission.

3. No-Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be "returned," all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products once the purchase is completed and the product has been delivered or made accessible to you. This policy is in compliance with both payment provider policies (like Stripe and Wise) and consumer protection expectations because:

- Irreversibility of Delivery: Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it is impossible for the merchant to retrieve it, and the customer retains a permanent copy. This makes a traditional return model unfeasible.
- Clear and Conspicuous Notice: This no-refund policy is prominently displayed on our website, including on the product pages and during the checkout process, ensuring you are fully aware and agree to this condition before completing your purchase.
- Preventing Fraud: This policy helps prevent fraudulent claims where a customer might download the product and then immediately request a refund, while retaining the digital good.
- Satisfaction and Quality Assurance: We are committed to the quality of our products. In the event of a technical issue or defect, we will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you receive the product in the condition described. This does not, however, entitle you to a refund for reasons other than a verifiable technical issue that cannot be resolved.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the digital products, is the property of DigiAyes Zone LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our trademarks or intellectual property without our prior written consent. The brand name for this business is otantikllm.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DigiAyes Zone LLC, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our digital products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, United States.

7. Changes to Terms
